ABOUT KINFORMED
People have always been at the heart
of my work.
I’m Hollie, founder of Kinformed. For almost a decade, I’ve worked across the NHS, helping leaders understand their people, strengthen staff experience and turn what they hear into meaningful change.
I founded Kinformed to bring together my experience, expertise and curiosity about what helps people thrive at work, supporting organisations to create workplaces where people feel heard, valued and able to do their best work.
A career built around
understanding people.
From the early days of my career, I’ve been fascinated by what makes people feel valued, motivated and able to do their best work. That curiosity led me to specialise in staff experience, employee listening and organisational development.
I’ve spent almost a decade working across the NHS, including at NHS England, where I specialised in staff surveys and employee listening. Alongside this, I completed a BA in Business Management and an MBA, with my research for both degrees focused on staff experience, employee engagement and organisational culture.
Today, through Kinformed, I bring that experience together to help organisations understand what their people are telling them and use that insight to create positive, people-centred change, with particular experience across the NHS and general practice.
Listening is only
the beginning.
Throughout my career, I kept seeing the same pattern: organisations collect feedback, run surveys and have important conversations, but the challenge is often understanding what it all means, deciding where to focus and actually doing something with it.
Kinformed exists to bridge that gap, turning evidence into action, so your people can see that their voices have been heard and your organisation can make changes that genuinely matter.

Outside of work...
I’m based in North Yorkshire and when I’m not working, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen cooking, out on a run, in the gym or exploring the countryside with my toy poodle, Ronnie.
I love good coffee, great food and spending time with the people who matter most. Those things keep me grounded and probably explain why I care so much about creating workplaces where people can be themselves, feel connected and enjoy what they do.
Good work starts with
a conversation.
Whether you already know what support you need or you’re simply trying to work out what comes next, I’d love to hear what’s happening in your organisation
